Mike Frysinger	5ed12ec81d	standardize file header wrt licensing ... We've been slightly inconsistent in the license header in files. Standardize them so we can automate checking. Doug Anderson	ec1df9b7f6	Don't allow git fetch to start ControlMaster ... To avoid connectivity problems, we don't want the ssh process that is started by git fetch to become a ControlMaster for the overall sync task. If it did, we would lose connectivity when git fetch was finished with the current project, causing later projects to not fetch efficiently. Shawn O. Pearce	fb2316146f	Automatically use SSH control master support during sync ... By creating a background ssh "control master" process which lives for the duration of our sync cycle we can easily cut the time for a no-op sync of 132 projects from 60s to 18s.
