arm-bsp/scp-firmware: Build SCP MCP firmware for N1SDP

- Add bbappend recipe to build SCP and MCP firmware
  for N1SDP.
- Use fiptool to package the binary images
- Update machine conf to add image dependency
  for SCP-firmware components
