arm-bsp/linux-linaro-arm: remove disable of CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE for N1SDP

The kernel defconfig has removed enabling of CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE,
disabling the CONFIG_EXTRA_FIRMWARE isn't required.
