arm-autonomy/xen-devicetree: Check for empty/invalid variable values

Added check to xen-devicetree to validate values of required variables:
XEN_DEVICETREE_DOM0_ADDR
XEN_DEVICETREE_DOM0_SIZE
XEN_DEVICETREE_DOM0_MEM
