Jon Mason 9e2829a30c gem5: re-add Xen support to 5.4 kernel 
The meta-virtualization support for the 5.4 kernel was removed in favor
of the 5.10 kernel.  This file was only a versioned include of a generic
file, which can be readded in the kernel bbappend.

Ross Burton 6147e82375 meta-gem5: extract the gem5 recipe and machine into a dedicate meta-gem5 layer 
meta-arm-bsp no longer has to depend on meta-oe, and in the future
meta-gem5 could be moved out of meta-arm.
