TFTF is TF-A tests that runs at NS-EL2. This is primarily developed to
test the TF-A interfaces exposed to NS code.

We already install ssh-server-openssh with the default Kas config for
the fvp-baser-aemv8r64, so install ssh-pregen-hostkeys too to improve
boot time.

The FVP_Base_AEMv8R tarball is now available to download directly from
developer.arm.com without logging in. Therefore, remove the
FVP_BASE_R_AEM_TARBALL_URI env var (and references in the documentation)
and update the SRC_URI in the recipe.
Move fvpboot and userNetPorts to the machine conf, now that the
FVP configuration is no longer dependent on an external tarball.
Clarify the currently supported FVP version in the documentation.
Put the current PV in the recipe filename.

To make it easier for users to test and evaluate the FVP, including
testing inbound network connections, enable the openssh SSH server by
default and map to port 8022 on the host.
Update fvp-baser-aemv8r64 documentation accordingly in new "Networking"
section.

Using a path relative to a kas yaml file to include another kas yaml
file won't be supported in the future. This patch also updates the
documentation for fvp-baser to set the minimal supported version of kas
to 2.6.

We previously disabled uninative[1] because it broke builds in the
Docker containers. This has now been fixed in oe-core with uninative 3.0
so this workaround can be removed.

Kas supports 'reference repositories' which are used as a local source
of git objects to speed up fetches. At the beginning of the CI run we
can update these repositories once to speed up later fetches.

Create a generic Arm64 system for creating a SystemReady file system.
Due to it being as generic as possible, the image created
by this should run on any hardware that already has the requisite
firmware present.

For some mysterious reason the kernel build fails on Ubuntu hosts with the
latest uninative release. Until this is resolved we can just disable
uninative.

meta-arm-toolchain supports using an external binary arm
toolchain[1] instead of the gcc-cross built by oe-core.
Add a test case to exercise this build in the CI. Currently this
is only for the Aarch32 target as our CI runs on aarch64 and there
is no binary or aarch64 target on aarch64 host.
This depends on the image used by the CI having the relevant
compilers installed into /usr/local.

Using a custom logging.yml we can instruct BitBake's logger to write all
warnings and errors into a separate log file.
Then after the build has finished we can see if the log file is empty and if
not show it and abort the build.
