Jon Mason 545ba524b8 arm-bsp: zephyr removal 
Since meta-zephyr is doing CI, there is no need to replicate that here.
Remove all of the zephyr references.

Ross Burton e3bfb5d746 Rename top-level kas/ to ci/ 
The files in kas/ are not generic Kas files, but instead designed
specifically and solely around the CI system.
