Debbie Martin 16d03e507f kas: Add kas configuration for Arm SystemReady and fvp-base 
Add systemready firmware, systemready ACS, systemready distros, and
fvp-base kas configurations. Update the README file with
instructions on how to build and run using them.

Ross Burton e3bfb5d746 Rename top-level kas/ to ci/ 
The files in kas/ are not generic Kas files, but instead designed
specifically and solely around the CI system.
