Jon Mason 9e2829a30c gem5: re-add Xen support to 5.4 kernel ...

The meta-virtualization support for the 5.4 kernel was removed in favor
of the 5.10 kernel.  This file was only a versioned include of a generic
file, which can be readded in the kernel bbappend.
