python3-humanize: Upgrade 3.5.0 -> 3.6.0

Upgrade to release 3.6.0:

- Add pluralization for intword
- Add es_ES '%s and %s' translation
- Add gender support for ordinals
- Add type hints for all exposed natural* functions
