python3-send2trash: Upgrade 1.8.3 -> 2.0.0

Upgrade to release 2.0.0:

- Drop suport for Python 2
- Fix test_trash_topdir failing on macOS
- Update source installation instructions
- Update gio implementation, don't use deprecated GObject.GError

License-Update: The license remains the same
