mpd: add all floating dependencies

* fixes following floating dependencies:
  mpd/mpd/latest lost dependency on  fluidsynth libao libcdio libcdio-cdda
    libcdio-paranoia libjack libmms libmodplug libopus libwrap mpg123
    openal-soft wavpack
    yajl
