python3-ptyprocess: add the missing rdepends

Add the missing rdepends to fix below error:

 ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fcntl'
 ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pty'
 ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'resource'
