pahole: respect libdir

* use the same expression as cmake.bbclass is using:
  CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR:PATH=${@os.path.relpath(d.getVar('libdir'), d.getVar('prefix') + '/')}
  but ${baselib} should work here as well
