hotdoc: also drop verbose=1 from spawn.spawn() in setup.py patch

Newer setuptools/distutils' spawn() forwards **kwargs directly to
subprocess.check_call(), which does not accept a verbose argument,
causing do_compile to fail with:

  TypeError: Popen.__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'verbose'

Extend the existing 0004 patch, which already touches this exact
spawn.spawn() call for the --noline buildpaths fix, to also drop the
now-incompatible verbose=1 keyword.
