python3-google-api-python-client: Upgrade 1.10.0 -> 1.10.1

Upgrade to release 1.10.1:

- Bug fix: discovery uses V2 when version is None
- Fix deprecation warnings due to invalid escape sequences
- Fix link to service accounts documentation
- Update generated docs
