Subject: [PATCH] libdex: upgrade 1.0.0 -> 1.2.0

1.2.0 installs PyGObject overrides. They need python3-pygobject at
runtime, so put them behind a PACKAGECONFIG that is off by default and
ship them when it is enabled.
