python3-networkx: Upgrade 3.1 -> 3.4.2

Use python_setuptools_build_meta and upgrade to release 3.4.2:

- Fix docstrings of dispatchable functions
- Fix draw_networkx_nodes return type
- Add disclaimer about LLM driven PRs
- Fix doc warnings from recently added docs
