python3-prettytable: Upgrade 1.0.0 -> 1.0.1

Upgrade to release 1.0.1:

- Add setuptools as a dependency
- Fix string comparison and deprecation warning
- Update release checklist to deploy from GitHub Actions
- Use Release Drafter to draft GH Releases from labelled PRs
