python3-more-itertools: Upgrade 8.2.0 -> 8.3.0

Upgrade to release 8.3.0:

* New itertools: :func:`zip_equal`.
* Changes to existing itertools.
* Type stubs are now tested with stubtest
* Tests now run with python -m unittest
