python3-jedi: Upgrade 0.20.0 -> 0.20.1

Upgrade to release 0.20.1:

- Avoid loading an executable path from project.json
- Avoid changing the global recursion limit
- Support for async pytest fixtures
- Work better with PEP 695 type parameter syntax
