mdns: Add PACKAGECONFIGs for idlesleepcontrol, spc and unicast

Browse Source 
These three knobs are exposed to reduce the code size for embedded (see
mDNSCore/mDNSEmbeddedAPI.h). If you need them, you'll know you need
them, everyone else almost certainly doesn't.
