python3-bidict: upgrade 0.22.0 -> 0.22.1

-Only include the source code in the source distribution. This reduces the
 size of the source distribution from 200kB to 30kB.
-Fix the return type hint of bidict.inverted() to return an Iterator, rather
 than an Iterable.
