python3-nocasedict: Upgrade 1.0.0 -> 1.0.1

Upgrade to release 1.0.1:

- Test: Fixed issue with virtualenv raising AttributeError during
  installtest on Python 3.4.
- Fixed UserWarning about unpreserved order of input items.
- Added checking for no expected warning. Adjusted a testcase to
  accomodate the new check.
