python3-luma-core: Upgrade 1.17.3 -> 2.0.1

Upgrade to release 2.0.1:

- Improved diff_to_previous framebuffer performance
- Add Linux framebuffer pseudo-device
- Allow a wider range of SPI bus speeds
- Fix to allow cmdline args to dynamically create a full_frame()
  instance
