telepathy-python: Rename to telepathy-python3

This avoid recipe conflict with py2 version and adjust to delete
__pycache__ files which are py3 specific

Avoid duplicated installation of errors.py
newer version of autotools don't seem to like listing files to install
twice. Remove one errors.py from the installation list.
