recipes: remove blacklisted recipes
* as PNBLACKLIST message says, these recipes are blacklisted for long time and nobody showed any interest to fix them * remove all unused .patch and .inc files as well Signed-off-by: Martin Jansa <Martin.Jansa@gmail.com>
