Koen Kooi dd25d80387 mesa: move PACKAGE_ARCH = MACHINE_ARCH to the mesa-dri include 
mesa-dri is the only machine specific one, leaking MACHINE_ARCH into mesa-x11 causes massive sstate mismatch
