Add the missing run-time dependency on python3-json. As a result we no
longer need to pull python3 native and can drop other *DEPENDS.

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

Rename recipes which were previously built with python2 to their python3
equivalents.
Use new python3 classes (setuptools3) in those recipes.
