Armin Kuster 7fbb276718 recipes: Update SRC_URI branch and protocols 
This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

Michael Tretter 13eacba213 apitrace: add new recipe 
apitrace consists of a set of tools to:

 - trace OpenGL, OpenGL ES, Direct3D, and DirectDraw APIs calls to a file;

 - replay OpenGL and OpenGL ES calls from a file;

 - inspect OpenGL state at any call while retracing;

 - visualize and edit trace files.
