Khem Raj ed54f12e19 recipes: Update common-licenses references to match new names 
The licenses were renamed to match their SPDX names, fix the
references in LIC_FILES_CHKSUM

Correct the checksums where they were wrong

Fabio Berton 646a9ebf6d linuxconsole: Add recipe for version 1.7.0 
Add linuxconsole and inputattach-config recipes. The inputattach-config
recipe is intend to use as machine configuration file for inputattach.
