Upgrade ltrace from 7.2 to 7.3.

* update SRC_URI and SRCREV
* drop backport patch 0001-In-Linux-backend-initialize-linkmap-struct.patch
* fix error when compile with gcc 5.2

Wenzong Fan e2d07c8646 ltrace: add PACKAGECONFIG for selinux 
Add PACKAGECONFIG for 'selinux', otherwise there would be warnings like
below:

WARN: ltrace: ltrace rdepends on libselinux, but it isn't a build dependency?

The autogen.sh script needs to be run in and from the source
directory.  The configuration step can still be run from
out-of-tree.
