Though tzdata is present in almost all images, some of them are lacking it:
most notably minimal ptest images. mongodb relies on tzdata, otherwise it
doesn't even start up. To ensure that mongodb can be started up
successfully, explicitly add tzdata to its dependencies.

/var/log is normally a link to /var/volatile/log and /var/volatile is a
tmpfs mount. So anything created in /var/log will not be available when
the tmpfs is mounted.

Other 64bit arch where its enabled is ppc64le and it does not compile
since build/opt/third_party/wiredtiger/src/checksum/power8/crc32.o is
not built, its not setting HOST_ARCH to ppc64le due to cross compiling

some recipes under meta-oe have dependency on meta-python,
and test_world of yocto-check-layer will failed with error
like:
