Joe MacDonald 8980f0d2a2 meta-networking: standardize SECTION values 
SECTION has been used inconsistently throughout the recipes in this layer.
Convert them to all use the same convention.

Paul Eggleton 95039ef76b mtr: update to 0.86 
* Newer automake compatibility fixed upstream, so drop patches.
* LIC_FILES_CHKSUM changed due to a trailing space being removed, no
  actual change to the license text.
