Jaipaul Cheernam c4a28775b9 python3-grpcio: fix build with OpenSSL 4.0 
python3-grpcio bundles grpc 1.78.0 C core which has the same
OpenSSL 4.0 const and opaque type issues as grpc 1.83.0.
