Yi Zhao 8a29c46188 recipes: drop ld-is-gold support 
The gold linker support has been dropped in oe-core[1]. Remove related
special cases and patches in recipes.

Martin Jansa be8c765c7c *.patch: add Upstream-Status to all patches 
There is new patch-status QA check in oe-core:

This is temporary work around just to hide _many_ warnings from
optional patch-status (if you add it to WARN_QA).

This just added
Upstream-Status: Pending
everywhere without actually investigating what's the proper status.

This is just to hide current QA warnings and to catch new .patch files being
added without Upstream-Status, but the number of Pending patches is now terrible:

5 (26%) 	meta-xfce
6 (50%) 	meta-perl
15 (42%)        meta-webserver
21 (36%)        meta-gnome
25 (57%)        meta-filesystems
26 (43%)        meta-initramfs
45 (45%)        meta-python
47 (55%)        meta-multimedia

Jackie Huang 90eb8fa980 fuse: upgrade to 2.9.4 
Changes:
 * Remove 001-fix_exec_environment_for_mount_and_umount.patch
   which has been included in the new version

 * Add sysvinit and systemd support

 * For systemd, there is not a fuse.service since systemd provides
   sys-fs-fuse-connections.mount to mount the fuse control
   filesystem, so instead, only fuse.conf is added to modules-load.d
   to load the required fuse kernel module.

 * Add RDEPENDS on util-linux-mount

 * Add a patch to fix the return value of "--help" option

Tudor Florea 96a4d9ad7b fuse: fix for CVE-2015-3202 Privilege Escalation 
fusermount in FUSE before 2.9.3-15 does not properly clear the environment before
invoking (1) mount or (2) umount as root, which allows local users to write
to arbitrary files via a crafted LIBMOUNT_MTAB environment variable that is
used by mount's debugging feature.
