xdg-desktop-portal-gnome is no longer used exclusively by gnome-shell. For example, it is also used by
niri to provide support for screencasts.
It is not necessary for xdg-desktop-portal-gnome to add runtime dependencies for mutter and gnome-shell.
In this context, doing so is actually counterproductive.

This was previously in oe-core but is being removed as it is no longer
used by anything in that layer. Some changes were made in the process of
moving the recipe to meta-oe:
- Inherit gnomebase, as this is a GNOME package
- Download the release tarball instead of a git clone
- Set the correct license, this is -or-later not -only. Add handy.h to
the license checksum to provide verification.
The final output is identical to the recipe in oe-core.

While in this case `EXTRA_OEMESON:libc-musl +=` wouldn't result in any
unwanted override, there is no guarantee there won't be a change, which
would be hidden by this override. To avoid any surprises in the future
let's use `:append:libc-musl =` syntax here.

Onboard is an onscreen keyboard useful for everybody that cannot use a
hardware keyboard; for example Tablet-PC users or mobility impaired
users. It has been designed with simplicity in mind and can be used
right away without the need of any configuration, as it can read the
keyboard layout from the X server.

The application does use tags and version, but their versioning patterns
are all over the place. I kept the eisting PV declaration due to this (and
because this seems to be the very last upsteam change - the repository
looks abandoned).
Changelog:
* Fix ``keybinder_bind`` and others to not crash on non-X11 displays.
It simply returns FALSE, failing to bind the key.

I've verified that bitbake -c patch world works with these, but did not run a world
build; the majority of recipes shouldn't need further fixups, but if there are
some that still fall out, they can be fixed in followups.

In case gtk2 PACKAGECONFIG is enabled, do_package task fails
with the following error:
ERROR: ibus-1.5.26-r0 do_package: QA Issue: ibus: Files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:
/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/immodules/im-ibus.so
This patch adds the missing folder to the FILES variable.

This backport fix the ibus-doc reproducibility issue.
The problem: manpages are compressed with gzip with a non-reproducible
timestamp in the header.
The backported fix: do not compress the manpages.
Note: This backported patch is included in version >= 1.5.29 and can be
dropped after upgrading.

Update the GTK_DOC_CHECK invocation to specify where the
documentation will be built (as the default is ./docs).
This is needed so that gtkdocize as run by autopoint knows where the
documentation will be built. At the moment we manually call gtkdocize
but this will change to autopoint in the future.
