Set ac_cv_prog_cc_c23=no to prevent autoconf from detecting C23 compiler support, avoiding potential build failures as the package is not yet fully ported to support C23 standard. Details: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2020-37065 The vulnerability is about a 3rd party Windows-only GUI frontend for the streamripper library, and not for the CLI application that the recipe builds. Mark Hatle	f441696b67	recipes-multimedia: Add LICENSE_FLAGS ... Multiple recipes require libmap, mpg123 or ffmpeg which all are defined to have a LICENSE_FLAGS = "commercial".
