GCC 16 emits a spurious -Wmaybe-uninitialized for the exception helper
constructors in reply.h, and the project builds with -Werror:
src/sw/redis++/reply.h:54:60: error: '<unknown>' may be used uninitialized
[-Werror=maybe-uninitialized]
cc1plus: all warnings being treated as errors
Add -Wno-error=maybe-uninitialized for the gcc toolchain.

Drop 0001-update-cmake_minimum_required-to-3.5.patch, because it is
included in this release.
Add back 0001-CMakeLists.txt-fix-substitution-for-static-libs.patch
to SRC_URI, because it was removed accidentally during a previous
update.

I've verified that bitbake -c patch world works with these, but did not run a world
build; the majority of recipes shouldn't need further fixups, but if there are
some that still fall out, they can be fixed in followups.
