Markus Volk b2fe96995a libsdl2-net: remove backport patch 
Currently build fails with:

Hunk #1 FAILED at 204.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- rejects in file CMakeLists.txt
Patch 0001-cmake-always-install-SDL2_net.pc.patch does not apply (enforce with -f)

Remove the patch
