The recipe was pinned to the 4.2.4 tag but carried a +git PV suffix; 4.2.5 is
a real tagged release so the suffix is dropped. Upstream release notes list
three changes: support for uses-allocator construction, with std::uses_allocator
specialized for all function types (PR #62); std::aligned_storage_t is no longer
used, since it is deprecated in C++23 (PR #67); and an AppVeyor CI fix (PR #68).

I've verified that bitbake -c patch world works with these, but did not run a world
build; the majority of recipes shouldn't need further fixups, but if there are
some that still fall out, they can be fixed in followups.

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.
