Upstream seems to have regenerated the archive, as the checksum no
longer matches the one specified in the recipe:

However, the tarballs look identical. Update the hash and be explicit
about downloadfilename to avoid any mirroring issues. A note has been
left that this measure can be removed with a future upgrade.

After upgrading hdf5 to 2.0.0, h5cc and h5hlcc will only be generated
when pkg-config is found. With current default config, it will not be
generated, remove related configs to fix do_package failure

The task signature for hdf5-native:do_unpack is currently machine specific
due to the use of qemu. This isn't used in the native case but the do_unpack
task was being compromised. Fix this by adding a class-native override.
This helps ensure yocto-check-layer passes for layers referencing meta-oe.

The original patch was my bad. The patches for oe-core were re-worked,
but I forgot the recall this patch.
In fact, inheriting qemu is needed because it sets a clear barriar
for people to use qemu user mode. And the QEMU_OPTIONS settings
are also in qemu.bbclass.

Avoid inheriting qemu.bbclass and use oe.qemu.xxx instead.
Also, the 'qemu-native' dep is replaced by 'qemuwrapper-cross' for
PACKAGE_WRITE_DEPS. qemuwrapper-cross is the one that is actually
used by postints and it has 'qemu-native' in DEPENDS.

- Running H5make_libsettings is no longer required for cross-compiling
The functionality of H5make_libsettings is now handled via template files,
so H5make_libsettings has been removed.
- Running H5detect is no longer required for cross-compiling
The functionality of H5detect is now exercised at library startup,
so H5detect has been removed
Rework the patch 0001-cmake-remove-build-flags.patch to fix the build path
issue.
