Khem Raj 155fd062e2 pcp: Add readline-native and ncurses-native to pcp-native DEPENDS
pcp-native compiles the pcp sources src/pmns/lex.l which does
'#include <readline/readline.h>'. The native recipe only depended on
python3/setuptools/flex/bison, so with the header search correctly
limited to the sysroot
0001-configure-Limit-the-header-search-to-sysroot.patch
the build fails on hosts without readline development headers installed:

lex.l:25:10: fatal error: readline/readline.h: No such file or directory

Depend on readline-native (and ncurses-native, which readline links
against) so the headers and libraries come from the native sysroot
rather than the build host, mirroring the target recipe DEPENDS. This
makes the native build reproducible and host independent.

Verified by building pcp-native from scratch

Rasmus Villemoes 7880b21891 pcp: use HOSTTOOLS_DIR variable instead of TMPDIR/hosttools
This is a bit cleaner, and means a few less places that would need
updating in case the TMPDIR bitbake variable gets renamed at some
point in the future:

Alexander Kanavin fc78d37ff0 meta-openembedded/all: adapt to UNPACKDIR changes
Please see
https://git.yoctoproject.org/poky/commit/?id=4dd321f8b83afecd962393101b2a6861275b5265
for what changes are needed, and sed commands that can be used to make them en masse.

I've verified that bitbake -c patch world works with these, but did not run a world
build; the majority of recipes shouldn't need further fixups, but if there are
some that still fall out, they can be fixed in followups.

Yoann Congal 8aaf41d024 pcp: fix build race condition
In upstream (handcrafted) Makefile, .c and .h files are soft-linked
before being compiled. Under heavy load or a build with a high CPU
count, the compilation can start before header files are softlinked,
resulting in a build error:
| pcp-htop.c:13:10: fatal error: CommandLine.h: No such file or directory
| 13 | #include "CommandLine.h"
| | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Fix this by adding the make dependency between object files and the
headers.

Yoann Congal 960fda5707 pcp: fix race condition build error
Extend and submit the existing patch fixing makefile parallelism:
> Some QA binaries include localconfig.h but there is no explicit dependencies
> between the binary build and the localconfig.h generation.
> On heavily loaded systems, this can result in the binary being built
> before localconf.h and a compilation error, e.g:
> | username.c:8:10: fatal error: localconfig.h: No such file or directory
> | 8 | #include "localconfig.h"
> | | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
> | compilation terminated.
>
> Fix this by adding the missing Makefile rule dependency between the
> binary (or its pre-link .o) and localconfig.h.

AB frequenctly lost the race condition due to (I suppose) its high CPU
count and load[0].

Martin Jansa be8c765c7c *.patch: add Upstream-Status to all patches
There is new patch-status QA check in oe-core:
https://git.openembedded.org/openembedded-core/commit/?id=76a685bfcf927593eac67157762a53259089ea8a

This is temporary work around just to hide _many_ warnings from
optional patch-status (if you add it to WARN_QA).

This just added
Upstream-Status: Pending
everywhere without actually investigating what's the proper status.

This is just to hide current QA warnings and to catch new .patch files being
added without Upstream-Status, but the number of Pending patches is now terrible:

6 (50%) meta-perl
