Ross Burton 370780c0fd meta-python: remove obsolete dependencies on python3-six 
These recipes no longer use six, so remove the dependency.

The list of recipes that still use six is a somewhat useful proxy for
packages that are no longer maintained...

Ankur Tyagi be6485ff6d python3-linux-procfs: upgrade 0.7.3 -> 0.7.4 
Upstream replaced setup.py with pyproject.toml[1]
Also included tag in the SRC_URI.

Changelog:
- Bump version to 0.7.4
- Fix spelling mistakes in comments
- Modernize packaging and update authorship
- Remove import of range from six.moves
