* dependency glib-2.0 is required by libxfce4util, so remove it from
DEPENDS to make it more clean. And sort DEPENDS at same time.

gtk libs was separated into PN-gtk after commit:
d4e5b33 libxfce4ui: build gtk3 libs and pack gtk2/gtk3 libs in separate packages
but config files such as xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml
is in PN, it works without this, but there no any keyboard
shortcut, add the RDEPENDS so that the libs and config
files will be both installed.

the solution provided still allows gtk3 free images (tested on image including
packagegroup-xfce-extended) but there will be updates/new recipes for xfce4
requiring gtk3 part of libxfce4ui e.g xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin (replacement for
deprecated xfce4-mixer due to missing mixer API in gstreamer-1.0) / parole /
xfce4-power-manager.

* we need gtk-doc before xfce-git, because gtk-doc needs configure.in or configure.ac
and the repository contains only configure.ac.in which is transformed into
configure.ac by autogen which is prepended to do_configure by xfce-git (so
this .bbclass needs to appear in inherit after gtk-doc to prepend autogen.sh
before gtkdocize call.

libxfce4ui_4.10.0.bb: Upstream changes required autotools and gettext (intl)
fixes, as well as moving the autogen stuff to a separate task. Full depends
were also added (2 were converted to PACKAGECONFIG options) along with a
vendor config option.

* in commit f30f9742e64ea5ec3b23d977b904f24799d773d6 the signature for
xfce_shortcut_conflict_dialog was changed. This change is required for
xfce4-setings HEAD. In the next patch of this series the development
of a datetime setter for xfce4-settings will be introduced and this
is put on top of xfce4-setings HEAD.
