clinfo 2.2.18.04.06 released April 2018 does not show correct information pertaining to OpenCL 3.0 released Sept 2020.
It shows version as `2.0` or `2.2` in systems with OpenCL 3.0.
This upgrade fixes it.

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

clinfo is a simple command-line application that enumerates all possible
(known) properties of the OpenCL platform and devices available on the
system.
