Tim Orling	405264645c	debsums: remove old recipe ... The debsums recipe has not been substantially touched since 2020 when it was moved to dynamic-layers. In meta-openembedded ecosystem, it is the only known recipe that depends on po4a, which is being removed in a separate commit. This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion: oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py . converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".
