It depends on it, but it was being pulled in via glib-2.0
which now uses libpcre2

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

Ettercap is a comprehensive suite for man in the
middle attacks. It features sniffing of live
connections, content filtering on the fly and
many other interesting tricks. It supports active
and passive dissection of many protocols and includes
many features for network and host analysis.
To test ettercap :
$ ettercap -T -i eth0 # Text mode
or
$ ettercap -C -i eth0 # console based mode
