Both inetutils-traceroute and traceroute provide the traceroute
command and the ALTERNATIVE_PRIORITY of inetutils-traceroute is
79 until now.
Increase the ALTERNATIVE_PRIORITY of traceroute to 100 to guarantee
the traceroute command provided by traceroute when both of the
packages installed.

Traceroute's manual pages are installed in /usr/share/man,
which should be placed in /usr/share/man/man8.
Correct this.

busybox provides traceroute command and uses the default priority to
update-alternatives, if traceroute is not defined the priority, the
traceroute maybe link to busybox's

The $(subdirs) contains all the dirs under the ${B}, and this one:
do_unpack[cleandirs] = "${S}/patches"
will create a "patches" dir, then there will be compile errors, filter
out the patches will fix the problem.
Note: poky doesn't have this problem since it separates the ${S} and
${B}

traceroute6 for the name is misleading and will interfere
with traceroute6 in iputils making an alternate link to
the traceroute6 binary, so we change the name to traceroute.

* This change is only aesthetic (unlike indentation in Python
tasks).
* Some recipes were using tabs.
* Some were using 8 spaces.
* Some were using mix or different number of spaces.
* Make them consistently use 4 spaces everywhere.
* Yocto styleguide advises to use tabs (but the only reason to keep
tabs is the need to update a lot of recipes). Lately this advice
was also merged into the styleguide on the OE wiki.
* Using 4 spaces in both types of tasks is better because it's less
error prone when someone is not sure if e.g.
do_generate_toolchain_file() is Python or shell task and also allows
to highlight every tab used in .bb, .inc, .bbappend, .bbclass as
potentially bad (shouldn't be used for indenting of multiline
variable assignments and cannot be used for Python tasks).
* Don't indent closing quote on multiline variables
we're quite inconsistent wheater it's first character on line
under opening quote or under first non-whitespace character in
previous line.

Uprev traceroute from 2.0.12 in OE-Classic to 2.0.18.
Update SUMMERY, DESCRIPTION, LICENSE, LIC_FILES_CHKSUM, update do_install
to be similar Fedora rpm spec files, and update update alternatives to use
the update alteratives class.
