Martin Jansa 21f956598d recipes: drop ${SRCPV} usage 
* Drop SRCPV similarly like oe-core did in:

* SRCPV is deferred now from PV to PKGV since:

Christian Hohnstaedt 0416a4e538 libb64: reactivate BUFFERSIZE patch

Khem Raj a54a6b3823 libb64: Switch to github fork and upgrade to 2.0.0.1+git 
Many of the patches floating around has been applied to github fork and
seems to be having recent releases.

Drop patches which are either applied or fixed differently in this
version
